When you update PTZ cameras, please delete the temporary Internet files (cache) of the browser used for the WEB setting screen.

Since the cache of the browser remains, the setting value of the WEB setting screen "Setup" may not be displayed correctly and you may not be able to update. For details, please refer to "Troubleshooting" of the Operating Instructions.

Note : When updating from Ver.1.10 or earlier to Ver.1.27 or later
• If you want to update so that the IRIS setting value is not initialized before and after the update, save the SCENE file by either method (2) or (3).
In method (1), each item of IRIS is initialized.

(1) Load the SCENE file (OSD menu: FILE - SCENE FILE) that was saved with the camera before the update with the camera after the update.
(2) Download a SCENE file to the camera before the update. (Web screen: Maintenance - Backup) Upload the SCENE file to the camera after the update.
(3) Store a SCENE file on the SD card of our controller (RP150/RP60) before the update. (Controller side menu: MAINTENANCE - FILES) Load the SCENE file with the camera after the update.
