  • Attention: Please use the latest EasyIPSetUpToolPlus Ver.1.2.2 or later (Feb. 25, 2022)
  • EasyIPSetUpToolPlus Ver.1.1.4 or earlier can also update the camera successfully, but the software has the following bug.
  • Even though you update camera firmware to V2.10, you see "02.01" wrongly displayed on "EasyIPSetupToolPlus Ver.1.1.4 or earlier".

This model does NOT have firmware to enable NDI® free of charge.

In addition, Vizrt NDI AB ceased distributing camera upgrade licenses as of December 31st, 2025.

If you have already purchased an NDI|HX upgrade license, please update the AW-HE40/65 firmware to Ver. 1.68 or later, and then install and activate the driver provided at the time of license purchase.
