  1. When you select the suspended installation setting ([MENU] Install Position : Hanging), the camera may not move to the top limit of TILT by the USB command under certain conditions. The problem has been fixed.

Connect the Windows PC to AW-HE40 /HE65 via LAN.
Start the Update Tool and access the AW-HE40 /HE65.
Assign the firmware file and update it according the update procedure.
