    The cause was that the web browser browsing and errors from certain processes were not handled properly.

Download firmware file.
Connect the Windows PC to AW-HE40 /HE65 via LAN.
Start the Update Tool and access the AW-HE40 /HE65.
Assign the firmware file and update it according the update procedure.
