Aug. 2023 Ver.1.13.0 (for 64bit-OS only)

• New models AW-UR100 has been added to the available cameras.

Jun. 2023 Ver.1.12.1 (for 64bit-OS only)

1. When the AW-UE160 was set to 2160/60p, the shutter could not be operated from PTZCC. However, it's possible to control it now.
2. The bundled application EasyIpSetupToolPlus has been updated to Ver.1.4.7 that supports AW-UE160.

Mar. 2023 Ver.1.11.3 (for 64bit-OS only)

• New models AW-UE160 has been added to the available cameras.

Oct. 2022 Ver.1.10.1 (for 64bit-OS only)

• The following have been added to the VISUAL PRESET* function.
  • Home icon to return the camera to the specified position
  • Preset call function by voice of wireless microphone
* AW-SF300 (software key) is required to use the VISUAL PRESET function.
• The cameras connected to the cloud server may not be displayed in the camera column when All was selected on the PRESET LIST screen. This problem has been fixed.

Aug. 2022 Ver.1.9.8 (for 64bit-OS only)

• Operability has been improved so that function tabs can be switched while holding the state of the selected camera.
• Camera number setting function
  You can change the display order of cameras in the local environment (up to 200 cameras).
• VISUAL PRESET tally guard function
  Cameras in the tally ON state can be excluded from recalling presets.
  (Only red tally guard works on some cameras)
• The function linked with camera switching of AW-RP150 has been added.
• Operability of Pan/Tilt speed control with USB joystick has been improved.
• It is possible to work the simple login function(*).
  * About argument of "PTZControlCenter.exe", you can add the account name to the first argument and the password to the second argument of it.
  This will allow "PTZControlCenter.exe" to run automatically.

Jun. 2022 Ver.1.8.3 (for 64bit-OS only)

• The software has made the necessary improvements to support the KAIROS Cloud platform. The KAIROS Cloud service is only available in Japan as of June 2022.

Apr. 2022 Ver.1.7.16 (for 64bit-OS only)

• The software is compatible with Windows 11.
• New models AW-UE20 and AW-HE20 have been added to the available PTZ cameras.
• AG-CX350/AJ-UPX360 and AJ-CX4000/AJ-UPX900 have been added to the available cameras.
• When you use AW-UE80/UE50/UE40 in full screen, the audio output may not work. This problem has been fixed.
• EasyIP Setup Tool Plus (included app) Ver.1.3.10
  (The measures against timeout on the NDI|HX License activation screen has been Introduced.)

Jan. 2022 Ver.1.6.17 (for 64bit-OS only)

• New models AW-UE40, AW-UE50 and AW-UE80 have been added to the available PTZ cameras.
• The output of AW-UE4 may not be displayed in full screen. This problem has been fixed.
• EasyIP Setup Tool Plus (included app)
  NDI|HX Upgrade License Key activation function has been added.  (It can be used when the PC is connected to the Internet.)

Jul. 2021 Ver.1.5.19 (for 64bit-OS only)

• The GUI of the USB joystick has been improved.
  You can identify multiple USB joysticks and multiple cameras.
• The AW-RP150 compatibility function has been enhanced.
  You can control the cameras that can be operated from the RP150.
• When you start / stop SD card recording with the buttons on the camera controller, the false message "The SD card error" may be displayed. This problem has been fixed.

Feb. 2021 Ver.1.4.24 (for 64bit-OS only)

• The paid optional features (plugins) AW-SF300 are provided.
•  • A feature to display the SDI output image from the camera using a commercially available SDI to UVC converter
•  • A GUI that allows you to easily call presets for multiple cameras at the same time
• The operation from multiple USB joysticks has been supported.
• EasyIP Setup Tool Plus app has been included.
• The operation delay has been improved when using AW-HE130.

Oct. 2020 Ver.1.3.11 (available on 32bit-OS)

The folloing issues have been fixed.
• Chinese Windows can not be started properly.
• Some buttons may not be displayed when the PresetList screen is made a separate window.
• The data migration may not be performed normally when importing setting data.

   • Full screen display of H.264 stream is possible only when the setting for Streaming Mode is as follows.

2. Improved other functions
   • CPU utilization is high. This problem is fixed.
   • If you log in when a large number of cameras (60 – 80 units or more) are registered, the error message “Tracking Control process stopped. Start again.” repeatedly appears so that the app cannot be used. This problem is fixed.
   • Zoom operation is repeatedly performed using on-screen range specification function and exceeds the T-end. The behavior of the Zoom on this occasion is improved.
