The lifetime depends on the condition of use, and the hours of usage as restriction is based on the simulation for an average use. Instead, we will apply the current 'Panasonic Worldwide Support' to that case. You are requested to pay first at the country/region and claim for refund at your dealer. Will you support even the second hand equipment by registration? The second hand equipment can be registered but extended warranty repair program isn't applied. When the equipment is re-sold to someone else, is the extended warranty repair program transferred, too? No. The right for the program isn't transferred. Please be informed that you need to delete the equipment registration when re-sold. Otherwise, next customer will not be able to register it. Will you accept the registration for the equipment whose standard limited warranty is over? You are requested to register the equipment within a month after the purchase. Registration after a month will be accepted but will not be applied to the extended warranty repair program. When update is recommended on the web site, can I update my equipment automatically by downloading? First, you need to download the data to an SD card. And you can update by putting this SD card into your equipment. As long as you keep the SD card, you can update anywhere regardless of internet availability. Is Macintosh supported?
