The new owner can not see Service history or any other personal information

What is the date of starting the 5 years or 3years? We start counting it from the date of purchase.
If you cannot prove the date, we will apply the month of production that

Why does the hours of usage restrict the period of the repair program?
The lifetime depends on the condition of use, and the hours of usage as
restriction is based on the simulation for an average use.
The repair happening within 5 years from the purchase will be charged to
customer if the equipment has been used longer than the limit of hours

Will you accept the registration for the equipment whose standard limited
warranty is over? You are requested to register the equipment within a month after the purchase.
Registration after a month will be accepted but will not be applied to

When update is recommended on the web site, can I update my equipment automatically
by downloading? First, you need to download the data to an SD card. And you can update
by putting this SD card into your equipment.
