<<Chapter 1. SCENE FILE>>

<<Chapter 2. DETAIL / V DETAIL>>

<< Chapter 1 SCENE FILE >>

A total of six scene files are already preset. They can be

selected with a SCENE FILE dial based on the recording conditions

or you can create your own.

 F1:Normal

Gamma curve is set to "HD NORMAL" and other parameters are set to

  center value.

 F2:FLUO

Most of the parameters are similar to "F1:Normal" but this mode uses

A "FLUO" color matrix table. Suitable for recordings indoors under cool

  fluorescent lamps.

 F3:SPARK

This mode makes higher "resolution", "color level" and "contrast".

The picture becomes richer in color and provides a brighter image.

 F4:B-STR

Suitable for some shooting locations such as sunsets and in a dark theatre.

It brightens dark areas of an otherwise bright scene.

It would be effective for a scene which has dark & bright areas together

  (wedding ceremony etc.).

 F5:CINE V

This mode selects "CINELIKE V" gamma curve to recreate a film-like video feel.

 F6:CINE D

This mode selects "CINELIKE D" gamma curve to recreate a film camera like picture.

"CINELIKE D" curve keeps even gradations from lower light to higher light levels with higher priority for the dynamic range.

<< Chapter 2 DETAIL/V DETAIL >>

By adjusting DETAIL control, the lustre of objects and quality can be expressed

 more naturally.

When increasing the DETAIL level, the outline of the object is enhanced and the picture becomes sharper. On the contrary, the outline of the object becomes softer when decreasing the DETAIL level.
