The following parts are consumables. Please replace them based on the number of operations or the replacement interval.
Please note that the replacement interval varies depending on the operating environment and conditions.
 ・Wiper: Approximately 120,000 operations, replacement interval: approximately 2 years
 ・Wiper rubber: Average operation of 5,000 hours, replacement interval: approximately 2 years
 ・Cooling fan: Approximately 20,000 hours
If replacement is necessary, please consult the retailer where you purchased the product.
You can check the cumulative hours and number of operations in the camera menu.

It is possible. This unit can initialize only the user authentication settings and host authentication settings when connected via Network.
All registered users (ID/password) and host information (IP address) will be deleted.
(Procedure)
1.Turn on the power of the unit with the MODE switch on the camera terminal set to the following setting.

2.If the status indicator lamp on the back of the camera blinks green, turn off the camera,
return the MODE switch to its original state (both OFF), and restart.

This is the connection terminal for the SFP+ optical fiber module.
By connecting the SFP+ optical fiber module (sold separately), it outputs a video signal that is optically converted from the same signal as the 12G-SDI output.
Please use a fiber module with a bandwidth that supports the signal format used.
*Compliant with SFP+
*Does not support optical signal input.
*Please use a fiber module compliant with MSA standards.
This unit detects the presence of the fiber module and turns the power supply to the SFP+ terminal ON/OFF, but some fiber modules may not be detected.

The camera requires changing the pin position of the mechanical endpoints in advance according to the installation state (Desktop/Hanging).
Additionally, you need to change [Install Position] to [Hanging] in the camera menu.
If the pin position does not match the installation condition, it may hit the pan (left/right) movement range end, causing malfunction.
Please change the position of the mechanical endpoint pins according to the camera installation state.

Using the following camera menu, you can invert the output video.
・MENU: Pan/Tilt > Install Position ⇒ [Hanging] *Default [Desktop]

The network function of the AW-UR100 will not operate without setting up an initial account.
Even when connecting to a remote controller: AW-RP150 or AW-RP60, or external control equipment over the network, an initial account setup is required.
A computer is needed to set up the initial account.
For the initial account setup method, please refer to the AW-UR100 Operating Instructions (Simplified Version) [Setting Up the Initial Account] page.
If the initial account is not set, the AW-RP150 or AW-RP60 will be able to recognize the AW-UR100, but control will not be possible.

The following problem occurred, but we have released a fixed firmware.
Please update the firmware to Ver. 1.25 or later.
Symptom:
Even if the DRS function is set, if you turn the power off once or set standby mode, there was a problem where the effect of the DRS function is disabled when you restart the unit.
The settings you have set are reflected in the menu, but they are not working, so you had to set DRS again in the menu.

Please select an SFP+ module that complies with the MSA standard, with the MOD-DEF0 pin internally connected to Ground.
AW-UE150A, AW-UE160 and AW-UR100 detect the inserted SFP+ module with the MOD_DEF0 pin and control the power supply.

The input type of the audio level meter on the live screen: "Line"/"Microphone" is displayed incorrectly.
(Even though it was set to "Line" on the Setup screen, "Mic" and Line/Mic are displayed in reverse on the Live screen.)
→This symptom will be improved by updating to firmware Ver.1.05 or later. Please download and install the firmware from below.
