Q1. What is the typical
recording time in AVC-Intra 100 & AVC-Intra 50?
The AVC-Intra video codec provides
longer recording time without compromising HD quality.
Also, by utilizing intra-frame
compression with its frame bound compression, AVC-intra is unaffected by
motion or rapid changes in scene content.

Q2.Can the product start
recording even in playback mode?
Yes, AG-HPX300 /
AG-HPX370 series immediately starts recording
when REC button is pressed even in playback mode or displaying thumbnail.
This is one of the advantages of P2 system.
Q3.Does the AG-HPX300 / AG-HPX370 series have multiple SDI output? I want to have two video
signals for monitoring and back up recording purpose.
Yes, AG-HPX300 /
AG-HPX370 series is equipped with two SDI
OUTPUTs.
Panasonic recommends you to use
AG-HPG20 portable recorder, capable of AVC-Intra recording, as a back up
recorder. REC START/STOP can remotely be controlled from AG-HPX300 / AG-HPX370
series by
connecting with an SDI line only.
Troubleshooting
Q4. Clips
recorded in AVC-INTRA 50/100 cannot be viewed with P2 viewer (play button
"►" will not be activated, thumbnail display is fine).
Please use P2 Viewer Plus (Ver 2.1 or
later) instead.To play back AVC-Intra format
clips, additional installation of AVC-Intra decoder is no longer needed
for Ver2.0 and later.

Q5. Clips cannot be
played back, what might be the problem?
