The camera may not work properly after performing the firmware update. This issue has been fixed.

    In rare cases the update may be incomplete, as in:
  • The update does not finish even after 3 minutes or more.
  • The camera does not restart automatically after the LED stops flashing red.
  • The LED remains lit red.

    • If these happen, disconnect the AC or PoE cable so that the camera restarts.
    The update is completed if the following conditions are met.
  1. The camera LED has turned green.
  2. The version display has been updated to ver.1.33.

    3. If the above conditions (1 and 2) are not met, please update the firmware to same version "ver.1.33" again.

Preparation
for Upgrade
Download firmware file.
Install the setup software to a Windows PC. Connect the PC to AW-UE4 via LAN.
Update it according the update procedure, please.
