  • The update of AW-UE20 / AW-HE20 camera is performed via a network from Web setting screen on PC.
  • The settings for the RTMP Server URL and Stream key settings are not retained, so please make a note of these settings before updating.
  • When updating from Ver.1.04, it may not end normally. The recovery processing has been added to avoid this phenomenon.
    If the update does not end normally, please unplug and plug in the power cable and restart.
    After restarting, the recovery process will be executed. (Recovery time required 7-8 minutes)
    *After the required time has passed, if the STATUS LED turns green, the process is complete.
