  1. New models AW-UE20 and AW-HE20 have been added to the available PTZ cameras. (Scheduled to be released in early spring 2022.)
  • Rebooting after this update will take longer than after a previous update. You can check the progress by turning on the button on the main unit. Please be careful not to turn off the power during the process. 　
  • First, 10 PRESET buttons light up. Gradually turn it off as the process progresses.

Preparation
for Upgrade
Download firmware file.
Install the setup software to a Windows PC. Connect the PC to AW-RP60 via LAN.
Update it according the update procedure, please.
