Software has been updated to solve the following problems.

Problem with multiple P2 card (E-series) AG-HPX500series displays "REC WARNING" on the screen and stops recording when switching from one P2 card to another during continuous recording under the following conditions.

  • Condition 1 : Loop recording, Interval recording or one-shot recording in DV/DVCPRO format (480/60i).
  • Condition 2 : 12P or 15P-VFR (Variable frame rates) mode recoding in 720P native format.
Preparation
for Upgrade		 Copy the update file of the Software (Firmware) to an SD memory card.
Software can be updated using this SD memory card.
Please refer to the procedure in the site.(Printing out of the procedure is recommended.)
