  • When the following 3 conditions (1,2,3) are satisfied at the same time,the Picture may be recorded like the one with one field is frozen.
    This problem was fixed.

    1. Either one of the following conditions.
    - The power of HPX300 is turn on with the GENLOCK signal connected.
    - GENLOCK signal is input to a HPX300 which is already powered on.
    2. Recording format is either one of the following.
    AVC-Intra 100 1080/24PN AVC-Intra 50 1080/24PN
    3. External TC is input to HPX300.

Preparation
for Upgrade		 Copy the update file of the Software (Firmware) to an SD memory card.
Software can be updated using this SD memory card.
Please refer to the procedure in the site.(Printing out of the procedure is recommended.)
