| Content | Software update for improvement of the SYSTEM ERROR The system error occasionally occurred on the camera side (AG-AF100 series) when SD Card File Recovery Software on the computer which is connected to the camera by USB cable was executed with SDXC card inserted in the camera. The SD Card File Recovery Software has been updated so that it can operate normally with the SDXC card. This system error will not damage the SDXC card. * This system error does not occur with SD/SDHC card. Remedy If you use the AG-AF100 series and SD Card File Recovery Software with the above conditions, please update 1) Software for AG-AF100 series camera into Version 1.14-00-0.00 2) The SD Card File Recovery Software into Version 1.1. |
| Preparation for Upgrade |
Copy the update file of the Software (Firmware) to an SD memory card. Software can be updated using this SD memory card. Please refer to the procedure in the site.(Printing out of the procedure is recommended.) |
