  • 8. Can clips stored on P2 Cast Mobile App be copied to iPhone camera roll?

    Yes, it is available since P2 Cast Mobile App Ver1.3.0.

    How to do
    1.Tap a “Content management” icon.


    2.Flick left on the clip you want to copy and then select “Camera Roll”.


    3.Following dialogue will appear. Tap "OK" and then view camera roll on the iPhone.


    Note: After copying clips to iPhone camera roll, the original clips are still left on the P2 Cast Mobile App. Please delete them if no longer required.

  • 7. A shot filmed with P2Cast Mobile iPhone app is listed as "incomplete" on the P2Cast console.. What is this? How to recover that?


    An example of an incomplete clip on the Shot pane

    The status "incomplete" is to tell that uploading of the shot was not completed due to some reason. (disconnected from network, the App was force-quit while uploading etc.) To recover that, upload the shot again with the following procedure.

    1.Tap a folder button located at lower-left corner on the main screen.


    2.On the Content list, swipe a part of an incomplete shot. And tap "ReUpload". Make sure that the status becomes "complete" after uploading is finished.

  • 6. When I enter metadata in "Settings" > "Metadata" screen, an error message "The input value is invalid" appeared..


    Please double check following points
    - Device dependent characters are not used.
    - Number of character limit is not exceeded.

    The device may not be connected to the internet. Please double check if it is connected, and try again from "Manage content" screen.

    User authentication may not be completed. If the status is 'Not Authenticated', please register.

    To use P2Cast Mobile App, user license needs to be arranged in advancde, please consult your Panasonic representative.

  • 1. About STREAMING feature, is there any time limits of continuous streaming?

    There is no time limits in application side, Panasonic confirmed that video streaming worked without any problem up to eight hours with external DC power however it may vary depends on hardware configulation of iPhone and netowork conditions etc.
