  • Immediately after the power is turned on, in rare cases, video noise may continue to appear in the output image. If this symptom occurs, turn on the power again and it will work normally.
  • This problem has been fixed.

AK-HCU200, as well as AK-HC3800/HC2500, needs firmware upgrade.
Please update both models to Ver. 3.0 or later.

Preparation
for Upgrade		 Copy the update file of the Software (Firmware) to an SD memory card.
Software can be updated using this SD memory card.
Please refer to the procedure in the site.(Printing out of the procedure is recommended.)
